本科论文万联达集团盈利质量分析研究 摘 要本论文根据万联达集团近五年来的财务报表分析研究其在盈利质量方面的问题以及企业如何可持续发展的研究。前三章主要简述万联达集团的研究背景研究意义以及国内外文献和万联达集团的的财务报表信息及论述盈利质量的理论知识，后两章主要分析财务报表中的问题以及如何解决问题和结论。在此论文中阐述了万联达集团在盈利质量中存在的问题，比如说利润低，品牌效益低的问题，并在论文结尾处提出解决措施。在论文结尾处我们提到了如何提高品牌效益和如何提高企业的利润的问题。盈利质量影响着企业的利润发展，利润又影响着企业的财务报表。盈利质量在企业发展中自古以来都是举足轻重的地位，所以我们在财务报表中格外注重。本论文主要阐述万联达集团财务报表中的盈利质量问题，上市公司财务报表易取得研究。所以在开展论文时已收集万联达的财务报表信息，并熟知会计的六大要素和会计信息质量八大要求。本科论文关键词：盈利质量；上市公司；财务报表AbstractBased on the financial statement analysis of wanlian group in the past five years, this paper studies its problems in the aspect of profit quality and the study on how to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise.The first three chapters mainly describe the research background and significance of wanlian da group, as well as the domestic and foreign literature, the financial statement information of wanlian da group and the theoretical knowledge of earnings quality.
