海归就业人员就业适应性调查摘 要中国作为世界上的大国之一,在引领世界经济稳步前行的今天,对人才的渴求是不言而喻的。随着综合国力的稳步提升,中国海归的数量不断攀升,曾经海归都不愿意归国创业,但是随着我国经济的不断发展,我国出现了史上罕见的海归潮,大量的海归回报祖国,回到祖国的怀抱,为祖国的发展贡献自己的力量,这些海归们用自己的方式和想法实现自己的社会价值,这些优秀的留学生们拥有渊博的知识和实践经验,他们的广阔视野可以给国家和人民带来更多的福利,他们有着东西方人的思想特点,这些让他们在国内的职场上游刃有余。在“万事俱备,只欠东风”的表象下,也潜藏着不少隐忧,很多海归就业人员或多或少的面临着国内就业适应性的问题,这在一定程度上阻碍了他们发挥自己展业技能的脚步。因此,笔者以此为背景,着重研究了海归就业人员的就业适应性现状,并分析了其中影响因素,发现了政策、职业环境以及海归就业人员自身等因素对其适应性的影响,并提出了提升滑轨就业人员就业适应新的建议,如:政府的帮助和指导,完善企业的就业环境以及海归就业人员自身的定位和职业规划。关键词:海归;就业人员;适应性IAbstractAs one of the great powers in the world, China's desire for talent is self-evident today as it leads the steady march of the world economy.
