便捷式家用风力发电机摘 要: 风能是一种获取方便取之不尽的清洁能源,而转化风能最直接的方式就是通过风力发电机。本次论文所要设计的便是一种便捷式家用风力发电机,其主要是应用于风力资源丰富但电力不完善的地区。其设计的重点在便捷和家用两个方面。本次设计的风力发电机的结构主要由叶片、增速器、发电机组成,从这三个部分去完成风力发电机的设计。风轮叶片的基本结构要满足发电的需求,材料上也要能够承受的住时间和和环境造成的破坏,所以选用各项性能都比较优秀的玻璃钢材料符合设计要求;增速器主要是增大机械能为发电机提供足够的动力,其设计结构应简单小巧,使结构重量简化;发电机选用市场上性能优越的稀土永磁发电机,不仅结构小巧,发电能力也是不可小觑。其余辅助部分的设计主要有发电机的调向方式,使用尾翼来进行自动调向。支撑结构采用钢管拉索的形式,简单方便自己就可以简单制作。电力储存的方法将使用智能充电控制。本次设计的风力发电机在要求上完全符合便捷和家用这两点,在性能、结构和成本上把控的非常好,安装维护和使用都非常简单,达到了最初的设计目标。关键词:便捷;家用;风力发电机;设计。1Design of Portable Home Wind GeneratorAbstract:Wind energy is a kind of clean energy that is convenient and inexhaustible, and the most direct way to convert wind energy is through wind turbines.
