摘 要数字经济正在成为全球经济发展的新引擎，我国已进入数字经济引领经济发展的新时代。技术革命加速全球软件业增长，我国软件业在数字经济时代加速转型升级，企业数字化转型给我国软件业发展带来新机遇。我国数字创意产业面临巨大成长空间，数字贸易有望成为我国软件业发展的新的增长点，数字产品出口正成为推动我国培育国际竞争新优势的重要力量，数字化成为我国软件出口发展新趋势。随着“云”技术的不断发展，数字技术的出现和应用，对软件业产生了冲击，也对软件贸易产生了诸多影响。本文以东软云科技有限公司为主要研究对象进行分析，采用文献分析法、案例研究法、定量分析法对东软云科技有限公司软件出口数据以及辽宁省软件出口行业进行了深入的调查与分析，发现了许多东软云科技有限公司在软件出口贸易过程中现存的问题，这也使公司明确了自身的缺陷，最后本文针对发现的问题提出了相应的解决策略，为之后的软件开发，软件服务外包，软件出口等项目提供了前进的方向。关键词：软件出口；软件贸易；数字贸易 AbstractDigital economy is becoming a new engine of global economic development, and China has entered a new era of digital economy leading economic development.
