I摘 要摘 要企业财务是企业的命脉，企业财务状况的好坏直接影响到企业的生存和发展，及时了解风险的性质以及风险事故发生可能造成的损失后果，并在此基础上制定与实施对自己最有效的风险管理技术，尽量避免出现不利的后果，减少损失，维持企业正常的经营活动
本文采用三种方法：文献调研方法、比较研究法、指数趋势分析法对华北制药的财务风险进行分析
主要对华北制药公司进行财务风险分析，分为筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险这三类风险进行分析
在分析过后，通过财务指标找到问题所在，然后对财务指标的主要内容进行分析，找到主要问题，最后对此进行分析，从而解决华北制药公司的财务风险问题，并得出结论
