华润万家上海地区物流配送路线优化摘 要随着中国经济的快速发展与世界贸易市场竞争的激烈性，连锁超市也越来越重视物流配送的问题。物流配送能力会直接影响到连锁超市的综合竞争力，因此提升配送能力，降低物流成本，对于连锁超市形成自身竞争优势具有深远意义。为了提供更好的用户体验，华润万家需要解决在满足客户需求的情况下降低物流成本的问题。首先，本文通过分析华润万家在上海地区的发展现状，发现了其配送路线不科学的问题,针对此问题，采用节约里程法进行配送线路优化设计，并运用 MATLAB 软件求出华润万家上海地区配送中心与 18 个门店之间的最佳配送路径。最后，分析得出优化后的配送线路在缩短运输里程和提高车辆利用率方面都具有可行性。华润万家上海地区进行路线规划有利于提高配送效率，降低物流成本，同时能增强企业综合竞争力。最重要的是为我国连锁超市的健康、快速的发展提供了现实依据。【关键词】华润万家；连锁超市；节约里程法；物流配送路径优化Logistics distribution route optimization ofCR Vanguard in ShanghaiAbstractWith the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the fierce competition in the world trade market, the supermarket chains are attaching more and more importance to the issue of logistics distribution.
