技术性贸易壁垒对我国医药出口贸易的倒逼机制【摘要】我国医药出口贸易实力不断壮大，但同时受到的技术性贸易壁垒阻碍也日益严峻，并出现技术性贸易壁垒倒逼现象。为促进我国医药出口贸易的健康发展，该论文就对我国医药面临的技术性贸易壁垒种类、特点、进行简要概述，主要研究在其作用下的医药出口贸易倒逼机制客观性、作用以及影响。进而发现该倒逼现象是客观存在的；在短期内技术性贸易壁垒对我国医药出口贸易产生负面影响，但长期作用结果发现，通过倒逼机制作用，技术性贸易壁垒能够带来促进我国医药技术创新，提高产品质量等好处。最后从政府、企业等角度提出通过政府主动干预调控，企业加大技术创新等措施应对问题。【关键词】技术性贸易壁垒；倒逼机制；医药出口The mechanism of technical barriers to trade against Chinese Medicine Export Trade[Abstract]China's pharmaceutical export trade has been expanding，but at the same time by technical barriers to trade is also increasingly serious obstacles, and the emergence of technical barriers to trade backfired. In order to promote the development of China's pharmaceutical export trade, this paper briefly summarizes the technical barriers to trade faced by Chinese medicine, in terms of species, characteristics. This paper mainly studies the objectivity, function and influence of the medicine export trade reverse pressure mechanism. It is found that the phenomenon of inverted forcing is an objective existence and technical barriers to trade (TBT) has a negative impact on China's medicine export trade in the short term, but in the long term, technical barriers to trade has a positive impact on China's pharmaceutical exports, including upgrading China's pharmaceutical market structure, accelerating technological innovation, improving product quality.
