题 目: 互联网企业并购中财务风险问题研究摘要我国已经进入了新经济时代，加上互联网技术的不断发展，这两种宏观的环境催生了我国互联网企业的快速发展，互联网企业逐渐成为我国的经济主体的重要角色。随着互联网企业的不断发展，互联网企业的弱势也暴露出来，所以互联网企业开始通过并购的形式增强自身的竞争力，但是企业并购也引发了一系列财务问题，给互联网企业带来了财务危机。所以本文就经济新常态下，互联网企业并购的财务问题进行分析，并通过分析风险出现的原因，制定出相应的解决措施，对我国互联网企业的长远发展有非常重要的意义。关键词：经济新常态；互联网企业；企业并购；财务问题；AbstractOur country has entered a new economic era, with the continuous development of Internet technology, the two macro environment has given rise to the rapid development of China's Internet companies, Internet companies has gradually become the important role of economic subject in our country.
