I企业财务风险的形成原因及其防范摘 要一直以来，企业都在被财务风险及其相关问题所困扰。基于经济飞速增长的大环境下，企业想要参与市场竞争且在其中争得一席之地，就得事先保证自身的管理水平足够高。在企业众多的管理工作中，财务风险是其中最为关键的一个。倘若企业不能做好财务风险防范，那么所要承担的各种风险将会是相当严重的，而且，这些风险很可能会对企业的生存和发展造成威胁。现代企业必须要有较强的财务风险管理意识，打造财务预警机制，做到最好的风险规避，把财务风险出现的可能控制在最低水平，尽可能降低由财务风险所引发的损失。本文采用案例分析法、文献分析法和比较分析法进行研究，首先简述了财务风险的概念及相关理论，并梳理了财务风险的四种表现形式：投资风险、筹资风险、利润分配风险以及资金运营风险，之后又分别分析了引发财务风险的相关因素，最后基于原因的视角，分别给出了技术以及政策方面的建议。关键词：企业；财务风险；防范IIThe causes of the financial risk of enterprises and its preventionAbstractFor a long time, enterprises have been plagued by financial risks and related problems. If the enterprise can not do a good job in financial risk prevention, all kinds of risks will be quite serious, and these risks are likely to threaten the survival and development of the enterprise.
