But because of these two existences, the formation and the development which organizes for the patriarchal clan, has provided the essential condition. When studies the Chinese question, the patriarchal clan organization was the important research topic which was unable to avoid, the Chinese and foreign scholar's has already studied in this aspect for more than hundred years, has yielded the extremely significant result.
