摘 要本工程为亘元房地产开发公司办公楼。建筑主体结构为四层框架结构，建筑面积3235㎡，占地面积 913㎡，总高 19.2m，设计基准 70 年，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为 8 度。本设计结合现代人的生活观念，建立“整合设计”的感念，突出“以人为核心”的设计理念。以国家相应规、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计，并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面设计。结构设计本着“安全，适用，耐久”的原则，进行了竖向荷载汇合，水平荷载汇合，力计算，力组合，结构抗震验算，板、梁、柱、楼梯、等结构构件的设计。关键词：荷载计算；力计算；地震作用；力组合；截面设计AbstractThe name of this project is the office building of Ningxia genyuan real estate development co., LTD.The construction is four portal frame constructions, the floor space 3235㎡, the area 913㎡, overall height 19.2m, uses the portal frame construction, the design datum time70years, the structure security rating is two levels, the earthquake resistance fortification intensity is 8 degrees.This design unifies modern people's life idea, the establishment “the conformity design” thinking of gratefully, prominent “by artificial core” design theory.Take the national corresponding standard, the standard as the bases, has completed the construction plane design which the design project description requests, and carried on in this foundation has set up the surface, the section plane design.Structural design in line with “safe, suitable, durable” the principle, has carried on the vertical load collection, horizontal load collection, endogenic force computation, endogenic force combination, structure earthquake resistance checking calculation, board, Liang, column, staircase, isostructuralism component design.Keywords:The load calculation;The internal force calculation;Seismic action;Internal force combination;The cross section design目 录摘要 IAbstract.................
