阳明滩大桥引桥坍塌事故分析与对策翁俊峰 （土木工程学院，工程管理，0901 班）摘 要：本文依据阳明滩大桥的概况以与相关技术资料分析，主要从人为使用因素、设计规因素、设计存在的问题、施工质量存在的缺陷、政府部门维护管理不到位、建设工期短和事故处理措施缺乏等方面进行深化的分析，并据此得出结论。最后，依据结论以与结合其他相关讨论提出了相应的解决对策。关键字：阳明滩大桥；坍塌事故；事故分析；解决对策Yangming Harbin beach bridge collapse accident analysis andCountermeasures( Wengjunfeng )Abstract:On the basis of Yangming Harbin beach bridge survey as well as the relevant technical information analysis, mainly from the human factor, design factors, the problems existing in the design, construction quality defects of government departments, maintenance and management is not in place, the construction period is short and accident treatment measures the respect such as lack of in-depth analysis, and to conclude. Finally, based on the conclusions and the integration with other related research and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.key words:Yang Mingtan bridge; collapsing accident; accident analysis; Countermeasures一、阳明滩大桥概况1、工程项目简介：阳明滩大桥位于市西部松花江干流上，因主桥穿越松花江阳明滩岛而得名，工程于2024 年 12 月 5 日开工建设，2024 年 11 月 6 日建成通车，估算总投资 18.82 亿元。为市首座悬索桥（双塔自锚式悬索桥），全长 7133 米，其中桥梁部分长 6464 米，接线道路长 669米，每小时车流量可达 9800 辆，桥面宽度 41.5 米，双向 8 车道，主桥跨度 427 米，主塔高 80 米，桥下通航净高不小于 10 米，可满足松花江三级航道通航要求。市是我国地理纬度最高的大城市。全年 1 月为最冷月，平均气温为-19.7℃，极低值为-41.1℃；全年 7 月最热，有记录以来最高气温为 39℃。最大冻土深度 2.05m。四季风向多变，以偏南风为主导风型，年平均风速 4.1 m/s，历年最大风速多介于 14.5～26.0m/s 之间。松花江江段属于平原区宽滩性曲折型多汊河段，具有坡降平缓、流速小、含砂量...
