唐山市物流业与物流园区现状

摘 要伴随着世界经济的持续进展,现代物流业已在全球范围内迅速成长为一个充满生机、活力并具有极高价值潜力的产业。作为全国公路主枢纽和沿海重工业城市之一的唐山市, 具有进展现代物流的地理优势和良好的外界因素。物流市场需求巨大，物流园区的建设也方兴未艾。鉴于物流园区选址的重要性，本文以唐山市物流园区为讨论对象，首先论述了现代物流园区的概念、特征与类型，然后分析了唐山市现代物流业及物流园区现状，接着给出唐山市物流园区的选址方法，并对唐山市物流园区选址进行了分析，得出唐山市物流园区选址方案，希望能为唐山市物流园区的建设提供参考。关键词：现代物流、物流园区选址、区位因素分析AbstractAlong with the continued development of the world economy, modern logistics has been the rapid global growth for a vibrant, dynamic and high potential value of new industries. Tangshan City as the main hub of National Highway and one of the coastal city of heavy industry with the development of modern logistics and a good geographical advantage of external factors. With planning Caofeidian Industrial Park, the machine, the completion of an intensification of Tangshan, networking, information technology and modernization of industrial logistics park around the corner.
