大学科技园评价指标体系构建讨论 许立帆 （南京理工大学 江苏 南京 210014）【摘要】自中国大学科技园产生的十年来，大学科技园已成为推动我国经济进展的重要动力，讨论大学科技园的有关理论，并用以指导大学科技园建设的实践十分必要。本文在总结中外高科技园区进展讨论成果的基础上，从大学科技园的孵化能力、所依托大学的科研水平、大学科技园区的技术创新能力、大学科技园区所提供的创业环境、大学科技园区的进展绩效及其国际化情况等五个角度建立了大学科技园的评估指标体系并对具体评价中的量化操作给出建议。【关键词】大学科技园 评价指标体系A Study about the Construction of evaluation indicator system Of University Science & Technology Park Xu Lifan1, 1 Nanjing University of Science & Technology, Nanjing, ChinaAbstract - There have been 10 years since China’s University Science & Technology Parks emerged. The University Science & Technology Parks has become an important driving force for Chinese economic development. It’s necessary for us to study the University Science & Technology Park theories and use them to guide the practice of construction of the University Science & Technology Parks. This paper establishes an assessment system of University Science & Technology Park based on the research results about Chinese and foreign high-tech parks’ development. The system includes five areas as: the University Science & Technology Park incubation capacity, the level of scientific research of the relying universities, the ability in technological innovation of the University Science & Technology Park, the entrepreneurial environment provided by the University Science & Technology Park, the development performance and the international situation of the University Science & Technology Park.
