电气化铁道技术（司乘）专业 2024 届毕业生毕 业 设 计课 题 小批量无油轴承的弯曲成形夹具姓 名 班 级 广铁司乘订单 2 班 指导老师 教授 摘 要 模具是工业生产中的重要工艺装备，模具工业是国民经济各部门进展的重要基础之一。 随着机械工业，电子工业，航空工业，仪器仪表工业和日常用品工业的进展，弯曲成型制件的要求越来越多，质量要求越来越高，这就要求弯曲成型件的模具的开发、设计与制造的水平也越来越高。因此，模具设计的水平高低、模具制造能力的强弱以与模具质量的优劣，都直接影响着各种产品的质量，经济效率的增长以与整体工业水平的提高。 模具作为基础工业、它的质量、精度、寿命对对其他工业的进展起着十分重要的作用、在国际上被称为‘工业之母’，对国名经济的进展起着无可置疑的重要作用。近十年来，模具工业得到了蓬勃进展。一切产品更新换代都离不开模具，只有提高对模具工业重要的认识才能加速我国工业产品的更新换代，才能为我国经济 持续进展提供必要的工业装备，才能施我国工业产品在国际市场上占有一席之地。现在模具行业在激烈的市场竞争中正在向高生产档次，高水平的模具方向进展，竞争的焦点是质量和制造周期，价格是次要的。 本文主要从事的是，无油轴承弯曲成形模与弯曲夹具设计。关键词：冲压、弯曲成形、模具 AbstractMold is a very important equipment n industrial production, and mold industry is one of the major bases of the national ecomical departments.With the development of machinery industry, electronics industry, aviation industry, daily necessities industry, instrument and meter industry, quanlity requirements of bending system become more and more which demands the higher level of developing, designing and manufacturing bending mold.
