工程管理专业毕业论文钢筋工程施工质量控制摘 要钢筋工程是钢筋混凝土工程的重要组成部分,其施工质量的好坏直接影响到结构物的总体施工质量,而作为隐蔽工程,其原材料的质量、加工的工艺、焊接绑扎和安装质量的好坏都会直接影响到钢筋混凝土结构的强度、承载能力、抗震能力等性能。在钢筋工程施工中,管理不善、操作不规、原材料不合格、焊剂使用不当、无证施焊、偷工减料等原因均会为工程埋下质量隐患。因此原材料控制是钢筋工程质量控制的基础,充分的准备工作、严格的施工管理,到位的病害防治措施,是钢筋工程质量控制的有力保证。近年来,各地在加强建筑工程质量控制的同时,对钢筋工程的施工质量越来越重视,实行各种措施加以控制,减少了钢筋工程事故的发生。本文根据《混凝土结构施工质量验规》GB50204-2024的有关规定,全面论述钢筋工程的施工工艺、分析施工过程中钢筋工程易出现的相关问题,如瘦身钢筋、钢筋锈蚀、锚固长度不足、材料性能不符合设计要求等,并结合相关问题易引发的质量安全问题进行了剖析,提出相应的预防控制措施与处理方法。 关键词:建筑施工;钢筋工程;质量控制。AbstractSteel works is an important part of the reinforced concrete works, the construction quality is good or bad directly affects the structure of the overall construction quality, and as a covert project, the quality of its raw materials, processing technology, welding banding and installation quality is good or bad will a direct impact on the strength of reinforced concrete structures, bearing capacity, seismic capacity and other properties.
