摘 要本论文通过对资料进行讨论,分析了气锚油气分离器分气机理和分气效率的影响因素;介绍简单气锚和旋转气锚的计算方法;设计出了新型旋转气锚。该型旋转气锚利用螺旋片对油气混合物产生的离心力进行分离,一般采纳闭式结构,所有流体均需经过旋转气锚,适合在产量高,油气比较低的井中使用。本文对所设计的气锚进行了理论计算和强度校核,该气锚具有结构简单,分离效率高的优点。深化开展井下油气分离器分气效率的讨论和井下油气分离器设计,对提高抽油系统的管理水平、提高抽油井泵效、改进油气分离器的结构设计等方面具有重要意义。关键词:井下油气分离器;气锚;工作机理;分气效率AbstractThe thesis analyzed of the gas anchor oil-gas separator mechanism and the separation efficiency of the gas;It introduced simple gas anchor and rotary gas anchor method of calculation and designed a new type of rotating gas anchor;This type of rotary screw gas anchor unit of the oil and gas mixtures were separated by centrifugal force,generally used the closed structure,after all the required rotary fluid gas anchor;This rotary gas anchor suitabled for the high yield and relatively low oil and gas wells.In this paper, a theoretical calculation of the design of gas anchor and strength check was done.The gas anchor was simple in structure and had high separation efficiency.
