木质活性炭生产工艺与讨论现状 摘要：分析了氯化锌活化法和磷酸活化法制备活性炭的工艺过程与各种操作参数的影响。介绍了木质活性炭的再生技术，包括传统再生法和新型再生法，并且介绍了其未来的进展趋势。阐述了木质活性炭的讨论现状，指出了国和国外的区别。关键词：活性炭；氯化锌活化法；磷酸活化法；再生；现状。The production technology and research status of the wooden activated carbonYAN Zhi-yong,FAN Fang-jun,LIU Yan-hong，WANG Yan，YANG Xiao-fei(School of Chemical Engineering and Technology ,China University of Mining and Technology，Chemical Engineering and Technology，class5)Abstract: The paper analyses the technical process of the wooden activated carbon prepared by chemical activation with ZnCl2 andH3PO4activation and the various influences under different operation parameters. It presents the regeneration techniques of the wooden activated carbon, including traditional regeneration and new regeneration. It also introduces the future perspectives. It explains the research status of the wooden activated carbon and points out the differences at home and abroad.Key words: wooden activated carbon；chemical activation with ZnCl2；H3PO4 activation; regeneration; research status活性炭是一种具有高度发达的孔隙结构和极大比表面积的炭质吸附材料，具有化学稳定性好、机械强度高、使用失效后易再生等特点，它能适合多相且分子直径不一的吸附质，与其他吸附剂相比, 可以在更宽的PH值围使用,，因此在化工、石油、医药、食品、废水处理、大气净化等领域得到广泛的应用。制备活性炭[1]的原料非常丰富，所有含碳材料包括石油、煤、果壳、木材、竹子、树脂、废旧轮胎、活性污泥等都可以用来制备活性炭。不同原料的活性炭[2]由于物理化学性质各有不同，性能也将有所差异。木材是可再生资源，本身具有多孔性的毛细管体系, 灰分低杂质少, 容易活化, 微孔结构也容易调整, 一般情况下可利用枝丫木材、木屑和果壳等废弃物为原料。因此, 目前木质活性炭占有相当大的比重, 约占我国活性炭总量的40 %。活性炭的制备可以简单分为物理活化法和化学活化...
