摘 要：风险永远与机遇并存。中国企业在海外国际工程市场上取得了辉煌业绩的同时，越来越多的风险因素也摆到了中国企业面前。因此,做好风险管理成为了中国企业在国际工程中成功的关键。本文对国际工程中风险的特点进行了介绍，对中国企业在国际工程中常常遇到的风险因素进行总结归类，并针对部分重大风险提出来了风险规避及转移的思路，以中国葛洲坝集团公司巴基斯坦 N-J 项目部为例，介绍了 N-J项目部在制度上及实际运行中体现的风险管理思想，最后对中国企业在国际工程中的风险管理提出了一些建议。关键词：中国企业；国际工程；风险管理；建议Risk Management of Chinese Corporations for International EngineeringWang Bo（Gezhouba Group Mechanical & Electrical Construction Co., Ltd, Chengdu, 610000）Abstract: The risks are always accompanied with opportunities. in pace with the great performances that Chinese corporations have gained from the international engineering business, they have to be faced with more and more risks. So a good risk management is the key for Chinese corporations to success in areas of international engineering businesses. This article has introduced some characteristics of international engineering businesses risk, and summarized and classified the risk-factors which are Chinese corporations have been facing usually, in it some proposals for transferring and avoiding major risks.
