文献部分对溶液丁苯橡胶的进展史, 聚合机理,各种配方,聚合过程,流程生产工艺,种类与性能,结构及应用等方 面进行了阐述
在设计部分对聚合过程的物料平衡,热量平衡进行了计算,以及 聚合反应器和搅拌桨的设计计算
整个过程参考了大量的相关文献,并对各类搅 拌器和反应釜进行了比较,综合各搅拌器和聚合釜的优点,对已有的工艺进行了 改进,提高了聚合效率
