北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计（论文）机新式防除冰方法研究摘 要随着时代的不断进步和更新，飞机在人们日常生活中的地位不断提高，越来越多的飞机投入使用，因此对于提高飞机安全飞行的研究有着重大的意义。其中因为飞机结冰造成飞行事故的案例越来越多，飞机结冰对飞行安全的危害越来越严重。飞机结冰指的是飞机表面的一些部位出现冰层的现象，出现这些冰层的主要原因是飞机在结冰环境下飞行，机体表面所接触到的过冷水滴或者雨滴通过凝固形成的，也可以直接由水汽在机体表面凝华而成。只要外界环境适宜就会发生结冰现象，通常来说是 5℃左右。随着飞机制造业的不断发展，针对飞机防除冰问题也有几种不同的解决方案，目前主要有气动防除罩技术（利用放除罩除冰）、液体防除冰技术（利用除冰液除冰）、电热防除冰技术（利用电热除冰）、气热防除冰技术（利用气热除冰）等。但是这几种技术都不是特别完美，都有着各自的不足之处。因此需要构思新的飞机防除冰技术。本论文会从飞机结冰原因讲起，对比现存的防除冰技术，引出所构思的新式防除冰技术，即拟选用一种更好的材料来作为电热防除冰技术的加热元件以达到更好的防除冰效果。关键词：飞机结冰原因 防除冰技术 加热元件 I / XIII北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计（论文）Research on the new anti icing technology of aircraftABSTRACTWith the continuous progress and renewal of the times, the status of aircraft in people's daily life continues to improve, and more and more aircraft are put into use.
