潮汕非物质文化遗产功夫茶艺传承与发展研究

I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 潮汕非物质文化遗产功夫茶艺传承与发展研究摘 要我国茶艺文化历史悠久，至今已经有 2000 多年的历史。随着时间的沉淀，已经拥有了其独特的文化特色，自古以来在中外文化交流、贸易往来中扮演着重要角色，其所具有的历史文化美学价值、社会家庭文化价值、健身益智价值是现代社会所需要的。然而，随着时代的变迁，潮汕功夫茶艺却出现“饮者众，识其者寡”的尴尬局面。因此，笔者利用问卷调查的方式，了解人们对非物质文化遗产潮汕功夫茶艺的认知程度与潮汕功夫茶艺传承与发展的现状，并分析其存在的问题及原因，最终根据具体问题提出相关建议，以便更好地继承和弘扬潮汕功夫茶艺文化。关键词：非物质文化遗产；潮汕功夫茶艺；传承与发展；问题与对策 II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractChina has a long history of tea culture, has more than 2000 years of history.
