博弈论视角下政府对企业环境信息披露问题 公共管理专业

摘要：近几年来，上市公司环境信息披露问题频发，披露信息少且不符合规范，披露虚假信息的情况屡屡发生。针对这些情况，政府和专家学者都给出了自己的方法，但大部分都是在研究问题的表象，并没有深入到问题的本质。本文借助博弈论这一工具，采用了混合策略下的纳什均衡分析，将此问题转化为上市公司与政府的博弈问题进行研究，并通过数学推导，得出造成此问题的关键因素，从而有的放矢，归纳出能够有效解决问题的根本方法。关键字：博弈论；政府；上市公司；环境信息披露Abstract:In recent years, the problems of environmental information disclosure of listed companies are frequent, and the information disclosure is not consistent and the disclosure of false information has occurred frequently.
