多元共治视角下的大气污染防治研究

本科论文摘 要当前，大气污染已对公众健康构成严重威胁，危害到公共卫生，破坏经济和社会秩序，影响了正常生产和生活，引起了公众的恐慌。同时，这也反映了一个政府单一中心对各级大气污染治理的不足。近年来，各地政府不断加强对预防和控制大气污染的重视，并颁布了预防和控制大气污染的政策、措施和行动计划。然而，治理大气污染是一个复杂且长期的过程，仅靠政府的关注还远远不够，在实践中依旧存在较多问题。本文试图从多元共治的角度，在对大气污染治理存在的问题进行综合分析的基础上结合政府的宏观调控职能，市场资源调控机制和社会公民的自主自治能力，形成多种大气污染多元治理的路径。关键词：大气污染，博弈均衡，多元共治，治理本科论文AbstractAt present, air pollution has posed a serious threat to public health, jeopardizing public health, disrupting economic and social order, affecting normal production and life, and causing public panic. At the same time, it also reflects the lack of a single government center to control air pollution at all levels.In recent years, local governments have continuously strengthened their emphasis on preventing and controlling air pollution, and have promulgated policies, measures, and action plans for preventing and controlling air pollution. However, controlling air pollution is a complex and long-term process, and it is far from enough to rely on the government's attention. There are still many problems in practice.
