PA 车险理赔服务改善研究摘 要随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车的拥有已经不再是身份的象征,几乎家家户户都以汽车为重要的代步工具。机动车保有量的迅速增加也推动了机动车保险业务的更新换代,但是,在我国机动车辆保险业务高速发展的背后,也同时存在着机动车辆保险理赔的不完善,“车险理赔难”也成为了车辆购买者最担忧的问题之一,同时也是制约财产保险可持续发展的瓶颈,解决这一难题迫在眉睫。本文以 PA 公司为研究对象,在结合国内车险理赔服务现状的同时重点探讨了 PA 公司车险理赔服务。通过分析国内车险行业的现状和存在的问题,参考和借鉴同行业内其他经营车险业务的保险公司,在肯定 PA 公司推出的“快易免”理赔服务和网络、电话保险业务的同时,指出其在保险责任的推诿、理赔流程繁琐和损失核定争议等方面的不足,就目前理赔服务的评价,提出可以改善 PA 公司在车险理赔服务方面的建议,建立以客户为中心的品牌形象,转变企业管理方式,改善理赔服务效率,不断对理赔环节进行调整改进。【关键词】汽车理赔 理赔服务 PA 车险 理赔服务改善PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT10AbstractWith the continuous improvement of people's living standards, car ownership is no longer a symbol of identity, almost every household to cars as an important means of transport.
