12广东东软学院本科毕业设计（论文）佛山文化研究与探索——以美食景色文化为例 Study and explore Foshan culture —— Take food culture/scenic spot culture as an example内容摘要 随着我国的经济、科技的飞快发展，我国国民的生活需要也在逐步提高，对于美食、外出旅游的质量也在不断提升。社会的进步，同时也需要文化的提升，这就需对传统文化的弘扬与与传承。随着各个城市对于文化的重视，宣传片的制作能够塑造城市的形象，传递属于城市的本土文化精神。本文主要从宣传片制作对佛山美食、佛山的景点进行深入的探析。本文主要选取了在此次实践中进行拍摄剪辑的佛山特色包括：南风古灶、祖庙、逢简水乡、梁园、酥角、双皮奶、猪脚姜、特色蒸桂花、煎焗黄鳝等作为实际研究对象，利用调查法、观察法、文献研究法探究宣传片对佛山文化研究与探索的重要意义。关键词：佛山文化，传承，设计思路，制作方法 3广东东软学院本科毕业设计（论文）Abstract □With the rapid development of China's economy , science and technology, the life needs of our country's people are gradually increasing, and the quality of food and travel is also constantly improving. Social progress, but also need the promotion of culture, which requires the preservation and promotion of traditional culture. With the attention of each city to culture, the production of promotional films can shape the image of the city and transmit the local cultural spirit of the city. This article mainly from the propaganda film production to the Foshan food, the Foshan scenic spot carries on the thorough analysis.
