摘 要随着现代社会的快速发展和经济全球化,中国对传统制造业的健康发展提出了更加严格的要求。在制造业中,成本控制起着重要的作用。无论制造业改革与否,成本控制都是核心问题,必须认真考虑。特别是在当前经济发展的形势下,中国制造业面临着前所未有的挑战。降低产业成本的有效途径具有重大的实质性意义,因此应引起各企业重视。在本文以制造业中的深圳普利凯公司为样本探讨,在分析深圳普利凯公司的财务数据时,发现采购成本、人工成本、制造成本和成本控制意识等方面存在一定的问题,然后针对问题的根源来提出四个对策或建议:降低企业的采购成本、提高劳动生产率、降低劳动力的成本支出、控制制造成本支出以及加强员工成本控制的意识。得出的理论是:“成本控制是企业创造利润的基本手段。”关键词:制造业 成本控制 可持续发展AbstractWith the rapid development of society and the phenomenon of economic globalization, China has put forward more severe requirements for the healthy development of traditional manufacturing industry.
