中国移动企业文化建设现状、问题及对策研究内 容 摘 要随着经济的发展,越来越多企业注重企业文化的建设,企业之间竞争的重点,也从一开始的产品的竞争变成人才、技术和服务的竞争,但其本质还是企业文化的竞争。企业文化已然成为企业的核心竞争力的重要组成部分,它是企业的灵魂,是一个企业长盛不衰的根基所在。随着 5G 时代的到来,通信行业之间的竞争日益加剧,而中国移动作为我国国有企业中的大型骨干企业,它也将面临全新的挑战,所以,研究企业文化建设也就显得尤为迫切和重要。本文以中国移动为研究对象,对中国移动企业文化现状进行整体的研究,发现并分析企业文化建设中存在的问题,找出问题的成因,并根据中国移动企业文化发展的现状特征制定企业文化建设对策。通过本次研究得出的成果,可以为中国移动的企业文化建设提供参考和借鉴,对于我国其他国有企业的企业文化建设也有一定的帮助。关键词:中国移动;企业文化;对策研究IStudy on the current situation, problems and countermeasures of China Mobile enterprise culture constructionAbstractWith the development of economy, more and more enterprises pay attention to the creation of enterprises culture.
