I摘 要在世界经济一体化趋势下, 公司跨国经营已变成经济发展中常见的经济模式, 但是大多数跨国公司在在开展跨地区以及跨国活动的时候都面临了同样的难题——跨文化管理。调查证明公司在跨国家并购中,超过八成的并购未达到预期目标, 其中七成的跨国并购失败于并购后的跨国文化整合。本文中呈美公司是一家典型的中美跨国公司,中美两国都有研发销售团队,在公司运营和管理过程中出现了很多文化冲突与管理问题,导致公司效率低下,跨国合作进展困难。跨文化管理的为企业对多元化文化的管理,即怎样对企业里各异的文化进行科学的处理以及看待,怎样让跨国企业内部各种形式的文化都可以相互融合,协调合作,如此实现最好的增值效应。跨文化管理是公司取得成功的必要条件。公司必须充分发挥和利用不同文化的优势;引导促进企业文化的发展。 本论文通过对企业跨文化管理的概念剖析、案例分析及策略探究, 为跨国企业开展有效合理的跨文化管理提供建议。 关键词:跨文化管理;文化差异;文化冲突;策略研究IIAbstractIn the form of global economic integration, the transnational operation of enterprises has become the most common economic model in the world's economic development.
