珠三角地区快递行业员工满意度研究内 容 摘 要近年来,各快递企一线快递员的流失率居高不下,众多顾客也相继反映部分快递员存在工作积极性低和工作效率不高等问题。经研究发现,这些问题都与员工满意度息息相关。为了帮助快递企业解决这些难题,本文采用问卷调查的方式调查珠三角地区快递员的满意度现状,并探析快递员对各影响因素的满意度。本文将影响员工满意度的各因素分为工作本身、工作回报、工作条件、群体协作、企业整体五个维度,经研究发现,珠三角地区快递员对群体协作这一维度的满意度最高,其次是工作回报维度,而对工作本身、企业整体和工作条件这三个维度的满意度均值都低于平均均值。本文根据调查的结果和实际情况,相对应地提出几点建议:第一,企业应该落实与快递员的劳动合同,为快递员提供社会保障;第二,改善快递员的福利待遇,第三,优化快递员工作设备配置;第四,快递企业对内应提升员工的认同感,对外应树立独特的品牌形象;第五,扩大化、丰富化快递员的工作内容,实行工作轮换制;第六,应完善企业内部薪酬体系和晋升机制,同时还要重视快递员的高级需要。关键词:员工满意度;快递企业;员工流失;工作积极性1Research on Employee Satisfaction of Express Industry in Pearl River Delta RegionAbstractIn recent years, the turnover rate of front-line couriers in various express delivery companies has remained high, and many customers have also reported that some couriers have problems such as low enthusiasm and low work efficiency.
