本科论文摘 要煤矿瓦斯抽采在采矿过程中是一项非常重要的技术。现在中国所有的矿山都建立了天然气开采系统,因此为矿井设计一个完整有效的井下移动抽采系统是非常必要的。本文基于对兴无矿业的概况,设计研究了一套完整的井下移动抽采系统,结合兴无矿业的实际情况及生产运行规律建立了一套完整的井下移动抽采系统,对有效解决该煤矿的瓦斯抽采,对保障该煤矿的安全生产具有重要意义。通过对兴无煤业 4 号煤层的瓦斯实际含量检测得出的结果,该煤矿属于高瓦斯煤矿在生产工作中,瓦斯含量的高低时刻影响着矿井的安全状态。超过标准就会威胁矿山的安全生产。采取积极有效的措施,有利于降低瓦斯含量,保障矿井安全生产。因此,设计经下移动抽采系统时要十分注意,这关系到整个矿井的安全生产。开采 4 号煤层时回采工作面瓦斯涌出以开采层为主,邻近层为辅。兴无矿业瓦斯的赋存规律是由地质,地理等因素综合作用的结果。本次设计结合兴无煤业煤层赋予瓦斯来源等特点,采用顺层钻孔抽采的方法。通过对兴无煤业矿井瓦斯抽采系统分析,计算该矿井的瓦斯涌出量并采取有效的瓦斯抽采方法,为兴无煤业提供了可行性的方案,也对类似矿井瓦斯抽采设计提供了参考依据。关键词:煤矿安全;瓦斯抽采;高瓦斯矿井;瓦斯涌出本科论文AbstractThe capture of firedamp in coal mines is an important measure for the prevention of firedamp explosions and firedamp releases.
