贝伐珠单抗原液生产车间工艺设计贝伐珠单抗原液生产车间工艺设计摘 要贝伐珠单抗是一种抑制血管内皮生长因子的人源化的单克隆抗体，广泛适用于转移性结直肠癌和晚期、转移性肺癌等多种肿瘤的治疗。现如今不断对贝伐珠蛋白药物以及更多适应症的深入研究，贝伐珠单抗将成为重要的抗肿瘤血管生成药物，其蛋白药物将需要大规模工业化生产来满足市场需求。本论文通过查阅贝伐珠单克隆抗体的生产工艺，利用分批补料方法对 CHO 细胞进行发酵培养并对贝伐单抗原液生产进行车间设计。本设计主要为发酵和纯化车间的设计，包括物料衡算、热量衡算、厂房设计及设备选型等。关键词：贝伐珠单抗;生产工艺; 物料衡算；厂房设计PROCESS DESIGN OF BEVACIZUMAB RAW SOLUTION PRODUCTION WORKSHOPAbstract北京理工大学珠海学院 2016 届本科生毕业设计Bevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor. It is widely used in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, advanced and metastatic lung cancer and other tumors. Nowadays, bevacizumab will become an important anti-tumor angiogenic drug due to the continuous in-depth research on bevacizumab and more indications, and its protein drug will need large-scale industrial production to meet the market demand. In this paper, the production process of bevacizumab was reviewed, and the CHO cells were fermented and cultured with batch feeding method, and the production workshop of bevacizumab was designed.
