临床护士如何避免护患纠纷摘 要：近年来，随着市场经济的深入发展，社会服务业总体水平在不断提升，但由于体制机制以及服务意识方面的原因，护患矛盾在如今不但没有减少，反而显得比较突出。本文主要分析了护患纠纷的常见多发的现状，护患纠纷发生的医院体制、服务意识以及患者的过高期望等原因，进而有针对性的提出了避免护患纠纷的几个措施，以期对医院的护理环节纠纷规避起到一定的参考作用。关键字：护理；护患纠纷；防范措施 Abstract: In recent years, with the further development of the market economy, the overall level of social services continues to increase, but because of institutional mechanisms and a sense of service reasons, the nurse-patient conflicts in today not only did not decrease, but seemed more prominent. This paper analyzes the nurse-patient disputes common multiple of the status quo, nursing disputes occurred in hospital system, service awareness, and high expectations of patients and other reasons, and thus targeted to avoid nursing disputes proposed several measures to right part of the hospital's nursing dispute avoidance play a role in the reference.Keywords：Nurse;Nursing disputes;Precautions1 护患纠纷的现状护患纠纷是广义的医疗纠纷的一个部分，指的是在临床的诊疗和护理过程中，以及后期的复查过程中，护士与病人及其家属发生的各种纠纷。随着医疗改革的持续进行，中国的医疗市场日益走向成熟。近年来护士的专业知识和临床护理水平都有很大的提高，医院办公基本实现数字化，管理水平的大幅提高，但是随之而来的是因为生活水平的提高和第三产业的蓬勃发展，公民法律保护意识不断增强，患者对医疗护理的要求和自我保护的意识的提高，护患纠纷不但没有下降，反而成逐年上升的趋势，在医患纠纷中占据重要比例，成为医院长期难以解决的难题。我国医院的人力配置不合理尤其突出，护士队伍严重缺乏我国平均每千人口护士比例为 100∶1，而纵观世界其他国家多数千人口护士比例为 100∶5 以上，1 名医生配备 2～3 名护士，而我们医护比为 1∶0.61，由于临床线护士配置不足，护士常常完成超过自身符合的医疗工作，进而影响护理质量的提高，严重...
