高栏港开发区废水废气处理工艺设计——废水处理高栏港开发区废水废气处理工艺设计——废水处理摘 要高栏港开发区坐落在美丽的珠海西南端，被誉为粤港澳大湾区内最具潜力的地区之一。随着高栏港开发区不断发展，越来越多企业进驻，因此，现急需新建污水处理厂，提高污水处理效率。本次设计的污水处理厂 一期污水处理规模为 50000t/d，远期为90000t/d ， 进 水 水 质 中 CODCr 、 BOD5 、 SS 、 NH3-N 、 TN 和 TP 浓 度 分 别 为700mg/L、200mg/L、250mg/L、35mg/L、50 mg/L、3mg/L，其中 BOD5/CODCr=0.29，可生化性较差。由于开发区的废水可生化性较差，且含有不少高浓度难降解的有机污染物质。为此，本设计采用“改良 A2/O—臭氧催化氧化—曝气生物滤池”为核心工艺。经过一系列处理后尾水中各污染物浓度为 23mg/L、7mg/L、4.75mg/L、2mg/L、12.5mg/L、0.34mg/L，出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》和广东省《污染物排放限值》的最严格值。通过采用重力浓缩、机械脱水等工艺后，最终出泥量为 31.2m³/d，含水率为 70%，满足工艺要求。最终污泥外运并交由相关公司处置。关键词：开发区废水；污水处理；改良 A2/O 工艺；曝气生物滤池GaoLan Port Development Zone Sewage and Waste Gas Treatment——Sewage TreatmentAbstractGaolan Port Development Zone,located in the beautiful southwest of Zhuhai, is known as one of the most potential areas in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.With the continuous development of the development zone,more and more businesses are coming in the development zone.Therefore, it’s urgent to build a new industrial sewage plant，which can improve the efficiency of sewage treatment.
