网售处方药监管现状及对策研究【摘要】在我国互联网+的大背景下，医药行业与电商的结合在所难免，网售处方药也成为公众争议不断却同时无限潜力的创新模式。通过运用比较法、文献分析法、综合分析法、对比分析法等，对国内外现状与制度的对比分析，通过对网售药品监管现状存在的问题和网售处方药可行性的分析，逐步探索适合我国国情的网售药品具体方法和方式，为我国政府制定相关政策提供参考和依据。从而促进我国开放网售处方药的过程，以此提高国民获取和使用药品的便利。一味否定网售处方药不仅会导致关联行业的发展受阻，同时也会增加新的监管问题。但过早开放网上销售又与当前的社会风气和监管体系完善程度不符。我国应该在逐步开放网售药品的同时逐步完善网售药品的监管体系，确保“处方开具有理可依，药物去向有迹可循”。【关键词】网售处方药 对策 监管 注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的校级科研项目，项目编号为： 。Research on the supervision status and the countermeasures of Chinese prescription drug sale online[Abstract] Under the background of "Internet +", the combination of the pharmaceutical industry and e-commerce is inevitable, and online sales of prescription drugs have also become an innovative model with constant public controversy, but still has unlimited potential.
