消费者网络购药行为调查分析摘要:本文旨在研究我国消费者网络购药的现状,通过调查研究分析消费者个人基础信息、网络购药基础情况,对网上药店的了解程度和对网络购药安全知识的认知情况,分析影响网络购药行为的因素,为我国网上药店发展提供一些可行性建议。主要运用问卷调查法,文献法,统计分析法对本文展开研究。目前消费者网络购药行为不频繁;影响消费者网络购药行为的因素较多,其中年龄越长者网络购药行为越少,文化水平越高者越趋向于网络购药,上网频率较高者网络购药次数较多;消费者对网上药店了解程度较低;消费者对网络购药安全知识储备不足;关键词:消费者;网络购药;网上药店;影响因素Investigation and Analysis of Consumers' Online Drug Purchase Behavior Abstract The purpose of this paper is to study the basic situation of online drug purchase in China, through the investigation and study analysis consumer personal information, network and purchasing medicine basic situation, the degree of understanding of online pharmacies and the cognition to the network to buy medicine safety knowledge, analyzes the influential elements of the network to buy medicine behavior, provides some feasible Suggestions for development of China’s online pharmacies.
