新医改背景下县级医院创新改革的实践探索——以广东省饶平县人民医院为例【摘要】随着新医改的推进，县级医院在医疗体系中的作用越来越重要。本文通过实地调查与网络资料查询相结合的方式，对饶平县人民医院进行深入的调查研究，总结其改革的得失，为其他地方的改革提供经验和建议。通过研究，本文了解到饶平县人民医院的改革使医院的医疗水平得到发展，患者减轻了经济负担，医院设备迅速更新升级，医院诊疗量、收入都有所增加，但同时，改革后仍存在着人才培养不足、医院内部管理制度有待改进、部分学科建设比较薄弱等问题，这要求医改政策针对这些问题作出相应的调整，才能进一步促进县级医院的发展。【关键词】县级医院；分级诊疗；医疗改革；Practice and Exploration of Innovation Reform of County Hospitals under the Background of New Healthcare Reform——Taking the People's Hospital of Raoping County in Guangdong Province as an example[Abstract]: With the advancement of the new healthcare reform, county-level hospitals play an increasingly crucial role in the medical system. This paper conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the Raoping County People's Hospital through a combination of field investigation and network data query, sums up the pros and cons of this reform, and provides experience and suggestions for reforms in other places. Through research, this paper finds that the reform of Raoping County People's Hospital has improved the hospital's medical level, reduced the economic burden on patients, rapidly updated and upgraded hospital equipment, and increased the amount of medical treatment and income of the hospital. But at the same time, after the reform, there still existed problems such as insufficient personnel training, insufficient internal management system of the hospital, and relatively weak construction of some disciplines.
