题 目 ： 包 头 市 新 冠 肺 炎 突 发 公 共 事 件 的 网 格 化 管 理 与引 导摘 要突发性公共事件不仅会对民众的生命和健康有很大的影响，而且会对经济政治社会等多方面产生不好的影响。面对新冠肺炎这个突发公共事件，包头市建立了有效应对突发公共事件的应急管理体系，利用大数据进行基层的网格化管理，短期内取得了良好效果。但在包头市网格化管理过程中发现仍存在网格化管理主体单一、网格化管理人员职责不清、居民主动参与性不高、网格化管理人员职业素养低的问题。通过对问题地分析，提出多元协同治理、落实网格化管理人员职责、培育志愿服务精神、加强网格化管理队伍建设等对策去解决问题，来更好的完善包头市网格化管理这种新型的网格化管理模式。关键词：突发公共事件；新冠肺炎；包头市；网格化管理AbstractPublic emergencies will not only have a great impact on people's life and health, but also have a bad impact on economic, political and social aspects.
