The article firstly analyses the effect factors in the outside environment and the resources of the businesses, then, mates the threats and opportunities of the outside surroundings with the superiorities and inferior positions of the businesses, and raises the strategy of the Baoding electrical diversified undertakings, which is a active, reliable and creative one. According to the strategy, the Baoding electrical diversified undertakings will run their functions in the electrical market, which is their main fight field.
