毕业设计说明书简单冲裁模具设计学生姓名: 学号: 学 院: 示范性软件职业技术学院 专 业: 模具设计与制造 指导老师: 2024 年 6 月简单冲裁模具设计摘 要本次我设计的是简单冲裁模具。因为本次设计题目与实践结合紧密,经过查阅资料,首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,采纳冲孔落料工序,通过冲裁力、顶件力、卸料力等计算,确定压力机的型号。再分析对冲压件加工的模具适用类型选择所需设计的模具。得出将设计的模具类型后将模具的各工作零部件设计过程表达出来。在本次设计中采纳了冲孔、切断级进模。该模具的特点是在排样过程中不用考虑搭边值,板料宽度与零件宽度一致,节约材料。同时简化了步骤,提高了工作效率。关键词:冲压,冲孔,落料,压力机Simple Blanking Die DesignAbstractI designed this simple blanking dies.
