IRPO 业务的现状及发展策略研析内 容 摘 要随着人力资源市场的发展扩大以及企业对招聘模块的重视,招聘流程外包业务在国内逐渐发展起来。近几年企业用人需求的增加,尤其是高质量人才的需求,企业服务外包意识的提高给 RPO 业务带来不错的发展机会。但是我国对招聘流程外包的研究还不够全面,为了让 RPO 业务能够结合我国企业的需求以及文化特性,本课题对招聘流程外包的发展进行深入探究。本文结合实际情况,采用文献研究法、SWOT 分析法、描述性研究法、问卷调查等方法,首先在理论上从层面结构解析了招聘流程外包业务,详细讨论了RPO 业务在我国的发展现状,并对 RPO 业务的发展趋势进行研究探讨,针对我国RPO 业务的内部优势和劣势以及外部的机会和威胁,制定出适合我国企业实际特点的 RPO 业务发展策略。RPO 业务发展策略的设计可以从政府角度、招聘企业角度和 RPO 服务商角度等方面考虑,并运用到实际案例中进行比较、调整,加以完善和改进。本论文力求为 RPO 业务的发展提供一些可参考的建议和意见,使 RPO 服务模式能够被更多的企业所认识和接受。关键词: RPO;发展策略;SWOT 分析IIResearch and Analysis on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of RPO BusinessAbstractWith the development and expansion of human resource market and the importance of recruitment module, recruitment process outsourcing business has gradually developed in China.
