轧制分学科进展 康永林 Development of Rolling Technology Kang Yonglin Latest progress in the field of rolling technology at home and abroad has been analyzed firstly, which includes rolling theory; manufacturing techniques and product development of plate, section, bar, wire-rod, hot and cold strips; latest progress of slab continuous casting and rolling technology; temperature control technology; recent development of strip profile and flatness control technology and equipment; development of rolling equipment; prediction and control of microstructures and properties of hot rolling products; friction, abrasion and high efficiency lubrication technology in rolling process; on line detection and control techniques of surface quality, microstructures, properties, dimension and shape as well as automatic and intelligent technologies in rolling process. The development of some new steel grades in recent years at home and abroad has also been introduced. Secondly, application and effect in social economy development, trends and comparison of present situation at home and abroad, strategic requirement of rolling technology have been analyzed basically. Lastly, conclusions of development direction in the field of rolling technology has been proposed. 一、 引 言 轧制技术作为冶金工程技术中的重要组成部分,近年来随着中国和国际钢铁工业技术的进步,为了适应资源、能源和环境可持续进展的要求,以及汽车、家电、建筑等行业对产品质量、性能和精度需求的不断提高,在相关理论、工艺技术、装备结构与控制、新产品开发、新流程组合构成等方面不断取得新的进展,在同现代物理冶金技术、计算机与自动化技术、信息化与智能化技术、高精度快速检测技术、表面与界面工程技术等学科领域交叉、融汇过程中,通过持续创新,在不断展现其新的内涵的同时,得到充实和进展,在国民经济和社会进展中发挥着重要的作用。 从近两年轧制学科技术进展的特点和趋势可以看...
