北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文The Necessity of Business Ethics in EducationAbstractThe research subject of this there are some problems in China's education caused by the lack of business ethics, mainly summarized as these four points. The first problem is that the enterprises take education as a tool for capital and do not invest enough in improving the quality of education. The second one is the unreasonable charge. The third one is the low quality educational services and the last one is the fraudulent school running. This thesis gives examples of these problems and analyzes their harm to education. The reason for these problems is the lack of business ethics in the industry, and the three main reasons can explain the phenomenon that lack of business ethics in the industry as follows: the awareness of R & D in educational enterprises is weaker than that of publicity. The public education does not play a leading role the industry; there is a lack of laws and regulations that enough to meet the current need on market constraints. In the end, this thesis states the significance of business ethics to the education.Keywords: education; business ethics; marketI北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文摘 要本文的研究对象为中国的教育行业存在的一些由于缺少商业道德而导致的问题，主要有以下四个方面的问题。第一个问题是从业者将教育事业当成纯粹的资本工具，没有在提升教育质量上有足够的投入；第二个问题是不合理的收费；第三个问题是质量不高的教学服务；第四个问题是欺诈性办学。本文对这些问题进行举例说明，分析其对教育事业的危害。造成这些问题的原因是行业内的商业道德意识不足，造成行业内的商业道德意识不足的主要有这三个：教育企业的研发意识弱于宣传意识；公办教育事业没有起到有效的行业引领作用；当前缺乏完善的法律法规对市场的约束。最后，本文综合前文的分析陈述了商业道德对教育行业的意义。关...
