T 型断续焊接数值模拟研究摘要:焊接较长工件时,焊接变形对设备的实用性及其表面的美观性有一定程度的影响。本文从焊接工艺、焊接顺序、构件定位和焊接参数分析了对焊接变形的影响,对焊前、焊中和焊后的预防方法进行了讨论,以 T 型焊接件作为仿真模型,围绕焊接顺序,焊接结构进行讨论,采用交错断续、并列断续焊接与连续焊接对比,结合实际方案采用不同的焊接顺序,对焊接过程的变形进行数值模拟,并分析了焊接后的残余变形,结果表明:交错断续焊接的变形量最小,连续焊接次之,并列焊接最大。可对实际焊接过程提供一定的参考价值。关键字:T 型接头;焊接变形;残余应力;焊接结构Numerical simulation of T - shaped intermittent weldingAbstract: The welding deformation has a certain influence on the practicability of the equipment and the aesthetics of its surface. This paper analyzes the influence of welding process, welding sequence, component positioning and welding parameters on welding deformation. The prevention methods before, during and after butt welding are discussed. The welding sequence and welding structure are discussed. The deformation of welding process was simulated numerically by comparing staggered intermittent and side-by-side intermittent welding with continuous welding. The residual deformation after welding is analyzed and the results show that: The deformation of staggered intermittent welding is the smallest, followed by continuous welding, and the largest parallel welding.
