摘 要养成教育指的是培养学生良好的行为习惯的教育。养成教育的最终目的是让学生形成良好的行为习惯。养成教育是素质教育中不可缺少的，对小学生的成长产生极大的影响。小学阶段是孩子良好行为习惯形成的重要阶段，一旦错过，将会影响孩子之后的发展，这一教育的实施对孩子的成长产生深远的影响，因此这一教育应该被真正重视并落实。但是在这一教育的实施过程中存在很多影响养成教育实施的因素，其中有促进其的发展的因素，也有阻碍其实施的因素。并且现有的养成教育大多都是形式上的教育，并没有落实到真正的教育过程中。本篇论文通过对相关文献的阅读以及对当前这一教育的现状的调查，对其影响因素进行分析，从学校、社会以及家庭三个方面提出促进这一教育实施的策略，为这一教育的发展提供参考建议。关键词：小学生；养成教育；习惯养成；策略与实施AbstractCultivating education refers to the education of students ' good behavior habits.
