安国市伍仁桥镇居民基本医疗保障问题研究 行政管理专业VIP专享

摘 要现今社会中人民的健康需求不断扩大，医疗费用也在不断上升，这使得目前医疗市场上出现许多问题，同时，我国各自封闭运行的碎片化式医保制度，对于覆盖所有国人的全民医疗保险制度的可持续发展造成不利影响，与我国倡导的“人人平等”原则背道而驰，随之我国基本医疗卫生保障制度在发展过程中出现诸多问题。通过对现今社会下，我国基本医疗卫生保障制度实施现状的分析，发现我国的乡镇基本医疗保障问题存在许多弊端亟待解决。以安国市伍仁桥镇为例，结合国内外专家学者的理论，以及国家相关大政方针的运行状况，并通过问卷调查和数据分析，对安国市伍仁桥镇的基本医保问题从社会公平、重复参保、待遇支付标准和资源配置四个方面发现问题，分析其出现的原因，根据所反映出的问题，寻找出原因，从医保体制、资源配置、信息系统、部门协调状况等多角度分析，总结其影响因素，制定切实可行的解决措施。关键词：医疗卫生保障；社会公平；资源配置 AbstractIn today's society, the health needs of the people are constantly expanding, and the medical expenses are also rising.
