本科论文摘 要在当今世界倡导环保的情况下,燃气汽车逐渐成为了许多家庭的代步工具,因此CNG 加气站的建设和发展随之而起。然而,目前我国对 CNG 加气站的安全管理略显薄弱,安全评价指标体系也处于起步阶段,所以在安全管理这一方面有很大困扰,近年来 CNG 加气站的安全事故时有发生,给社会人民的人身财产都造成了不小的损失。因此,为了使我国的 CNG 加气站建设和发展能够更稳定,对 CNG 加气站作安全风险识别和定性定量评价方法的研究是很有必要的。本论文详细的介绍了国内外安评价方法的发展研究现状,深入分析和比较定性、定量评价方法的优缺点,从危险性的分析、危险因素识别这两个方面来考虑,对 CNG 加气站进行了安全风险识别与评价。在此基础上,以危险因素识别、分析,安全检查表法和作业条件危险性分析法,再有重大危险源辨识作为评价依据;最后,通过 TNT 当量法模拟爆炸计算,通过比较各类安全评价方法,并利用评价结果对 CNG 加气站安全管理的薄弱环节提出安全对策措施及建议。进一步提升 CNG 加气站安全管理水平。关键词:加气站;危险因素识别;安全评价;TNT 当量法本科论文AbstractUnder the circumstance of advocating environmental protection in today's world, gas-powered cars have gradually become the means of transportation for many families, so the construction and development of CNG filling stations have followed.
