本科论文摘 要近几年,随着冶金行业不断的发展,对钝化镁粉的需求量不断加大。为了满足市场需要和提升企业、竞争力,某公司决定新建钝化镁粉项目。在生产过程如果因安全问题得不到有效保证,一旦发生事故,后果不堪设想,将会给现场人员带来巨大损失和伤害,同时破坏周边环境。本论文首先对安全评价的研究背景、研究意义、发展现状等研究,主要对该项目的安全评价进行分析,根据评价的原则和方法,为下文的研究做基础。接着分析某公司新建钝化镁粉项目基本概况,揭示该项目的安全条件和安全生产条件,进而对生产时危险有害因素进行分析。然后划分评价单元,选定评价方法。对于选址和总平面布置选用安全检查表法(SCL),对于生产及设备选用预先危险分析法(PHA),对于重大事故选用事故树(FTA)等方法。然后通过分析制定合适的防护措施和应急措施。为该项目的安全建设及生产打下基础。关键词:安全评价;安全风险;安全检查表法(SCL);预先危险分析法(PHA);事故树分析法(FTA)本科论文AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous development of the metallurgical industry, the demand for passivated magnesium powder has been increasing.
