摘 要随着信息技术的不断进步及市场经济竞争的形成，供应链管理受到了企业广泛的关注。供应链管理实现的基础是供应链上各个企业之间实现信息共享，只有在各个企业之间进行高速的信息传递和处理，供应链才能快速的运行，成为真正意义上满足消费者需求的供应链。但供应链管理过程中实现信息共享有着或多或少的问题值得研究。本文阐述了供应链及供应链管理的相关概念及内涵，围绕实现信息共享做出了相应的可行性分析，刨析了信息共享所共享的内容，讨论了信息共享的风险及应对措施。关键词：供应链；供应链管理；信息共享；信息风险IAbstractWith the continuous advancement of information technology and the formation of market economy competition, supply chain management has received widespread attention from enterprises.
