论犯罪嫌疑人的反讯问手段及对策 摘要讯问工作是讯问人员与犯罪嫌疑人面对面进行的侦查活动，具有直接对抗性讯问过程中，犯罪嫌疑人通常会使用反讯问手法阻碍讯问工作，妨碍查明案件事实，甚至导致讯问工作陷入僵局。反讯问手法的表现形式主要有切断言语信息交流渠道、传递虚假信息、传递部分信息和公然采取暴力动作进行抵抗。讯问人员要熟悉各种反讯问手法，以掌握的案件事实和有力证据为基础，利用犯罪嫌疑人反讯问供述中的矛盾和弱点，采取适当的对策，迫使犯罪嫌疑人如实供述其罪行为此，本文从反讯问犯罪嫌疑人的基本心理开始分析，概括总结了反讯问中犯罪嫌疑人在讯问过程中的几种基本心里，以及犯罪嫌疑人对抗讯问的原因及危害。其次，分析了犯罪嫌疑人的几种反讯问手段及其心理弱点，最后，在对一些文献资料的借鉴和总结的基础上，结合自身在实习中的经历，对犯罪嫌疑人的反讯问对策进行了较为详细的阐述。关键词: 犯罪嫌疑人 反讯问 讯问策略ABSTRACTitle: Research on the Anti interrogation tactics and 论犯罪嫌疑人的反讯问手段及对策Countermeasures of crime suspectsInterrogation is the interrogator and the criminal suspect face detection face, with a direct confrontation.
